European Union (EU)

Shipping costs:
Free for orders over 99€.
For orders under 99€, shipping costs are applied to the order at check-out.

Delivery Time:
2-4 working days in Italy. (Standard Shipping)
1-2 working days in Italy. (Express Shipping)
2-5 working days in other EU countries. (Standard Shipping)
1-3 working days in other EU countries. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Included in prices, no additional costs.

Extra-EU Countries

Shipping costs are applied to the order at check-out.

2-9 working days. (Standard Shipping)
3-6 working days. (Express Shipping)
Customs Duties and VAT: Prices on the site include import duties and charges.

Shipping Methods

Orders within Europe are shipped via FedEx, UPS, BRT or an equivalent courier.
Orders to non-EU countries are shipped via FedEx, UPS or an equivalent courier.
A tracking number is provided at the time of shipment.

RETURNS

Condition: Product intact, unused, with tag and seal intact.
Notes: We do not make replacements, only refunds.
Timing: Within 15 days after delivery.

Altered or customised items:

Items that have been altered or customised at the customer’s request, including shortened sleeves or trousers, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a product defect or an error in the alteration.

Free gifts and promotions:

In the event of a full or partial return of an order that includes a free gift, the order total will be recalculated. If the final amount remains equal to or above the required threshold, the customer may keep the free gift; if it falls below the threshold, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are not accepted.

Return Procedure:

1. Download and fill in the return form.
2. Pack the items together with the form and the delivery note.
3. Ship to: Distretto12 – Via S. Leonardo da Porto Maurizio, 37/1-37/2, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy.
4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
