Shipments
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU FOR ORDERS OVER €99
Orders placed at Distretto12 are shipped to Europe by BRT and FEDex courier or equivalent and to other countries by FEDex or equivalent.
After the order is processed, the shipments are delivered in 1-2 working days in Italy and in 2-5 working days in other countries of the European Community, depending on the delivery area.

FREE RETURNS IN EU AREA
Orders placed up to December 25 can be returned until January 15, 2025.
Returns are free of charge for customers in the EU area only if they are enrolled in the Loyalty Programme.
