SHIPMENTS
Orders placed at Distretto12 are shipped to Europe by BRT and FEDex courier or equivalent and to other countries by FEDex or equivalent. At the time of shipment is communicated the tracking number to follow the path of the package.
Orders are processed after a check on the actual availability of the product and payment control. In case of errors or inability to process the order, the amount charged may be refunded.
After the order is processed, the shipments are delivered in 1-2 working days in Italy and in 2-5 working days in other countries of the European Community, depending on the delivery area. For countries outside the European Community, shipping times cannot be accurately estimated due to possible delays due to customs procedures.
For countries within the European Community, the goods will arrive directly at the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid at the time of order. For other countries, the courier may request payment of customs duties and local taxes.

RETURNS
We guarantee all our customer's peace of mind in the purchase process on the site. For this reason, if the product received does not satisfy you, you can exercise the right of return.
The return must take place within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order and is free of charge in the EU for the SS_'024 collection.
The return of the D12 Revolution Wear collection is not available.
You can return the product intact and get a refund. The product must be undamaged and unused; the product tag and/or seal must not have been removed;
We currently do not make replacements, unless the goods are defective or the wrong items have been delivered. If you need another size or another style you will need to make another order.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Download here returns form
- Fill out the form with a brief description of the product, date of order, date of receipt of order, and your personal information.
- Enter the product information for each item you return. If the items you return are part of a multi-purchase offer, the additional items must be returned as well. If the additional items are not returned, their value will be deducted from the credit.
- Fill in the form and pack(s) your(s) item(s) in a strong package. Insert the return form and the return form in the package.
- Send the package to Distretto12 - Via S. Leonardo da Porto Maurizio, 37/1-37/2, 59100 Prato PO. Use the included return label (if any) or a courier of your choice.
- We will process your refund request as soon as we receive the package. You will receive your refund within 14 days of processing the return.

EU and non-EU areas
Return is free of charge for the SS_'024 collection in the EU area and at your charge for the EXTRA EU area.
Return is not available for the D12 Revolution wear collection for both the EU and EXTRA EU area.
For the free return, you must contact cs@distretto12.com, so that you can receive the tracking to be applied to your package.
