Refund policy
Condition: Product intact, unused, with tag and seal intact.
Notes: We do not make replacements, only refunds.
Timing: Within 15 days after delivery.
Free gifts and promotions:
In the event of a full or partial return of an order that includes a free gift, the order total will be recalculated. If the final amount remains equal to or above the required threshold, the customer may keep the free gift; if it falls below the threshold, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

Free size exchange. Returns are accepted in exchange for a store credit of the same value (no cash refunds). The credit can be combined with other promotions and is available to customers with a registered account. Register here.
